괘사 (卦辭)

井改邑不改井无喪无得往來井井汔至亦未繘井羸其甁凶

They do not renovate an old town, nor renovate a well, nor lose anything nor gain it. And when the people of the town go and pass by, and they draw water, and the wells are clogged, they will break the trenches without digging the wells.
